R2R - Podcast - PRODUCTION EXECUTIVES

We are  looking for an experienced and resourceful Head of Business Development who will spearhead Advertising sales and Partnership initiatives for us. The ideal candidate is a high performer who will establish and drive the brand account strategy for us on an pan-India  basis. The ideal candidate with experience of  sales, leadership of winning new business and building relationships is preferred.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for high performers who can understand the marketing needs of our advertisers, and we develop creative and timely campaigns that add value without jeopardising the integrity of our brand. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead sales efforts for The Jurni and have your own sales lists and targets, laying the foundation of a growing sales force.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute revenue plan and monitor sales activity that grows market share
  • Business development: create robust pipelines, category and territory strategies
  • Developing and maintaining strategic alliances with agencies and advertising partners
  • Serve as an ambassador for our brand in market, clearly explaining our value proposition and creative platforms

WHAT WOULD SET YOU APART

  • Existing senior relationships and contacts with marquee brands and media agencies, experience calling directly on such executives
  • Self-starter able to work remotely when necessary with background managing sales teams for digital lifestyle brands
  • You have been recognised as a top performer in sales

REQUIREMENTs

  • At least 5-8 years digital advertising sales experience exceeding quota
  • Must have media-sales experience
  • Campaign Management and Execution
  • Energetic, positive and well-organized approach to sales and sales management
  • Experience selling multi-product sponsorships across native, custom content, social, display, email and experiential
