NCECA Cultivating Community Meeting Room - Space Request
Please use this form to request a meeting space at the 2026 NCECA Volumes Conference taking place in the Huntington Place Convention Center, Detroit, Michigan, March 25–28, 2026.

NCECA invites all affinity groups interested in having a meeting space at the conference center to apply by October 22nd, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET. Please fill out the Google form below indicating your desired time to meet, preferred time slots, and estimated number of attendees. NCECA will assist with promoting publicly available events by listing the meetings in the NCECA conference app.

Space and times will be allotted to groups following the submission deadline according to capacity and the vision of providing access to diverse groups and interests. Additional meeting spaces for informal gatherings may be available in public areas of the convention center.

NCECA is only able to provide the room, chairs, and tables if requested. No additional technology, financial, material, or organizational support is available. Meeting organizers and attendees are not permitted to bring in outside catering or food for the meeting. Meetings that are open to the public may be promoted by NCECA to all conference attendees.

All groups agree to adhere to NCECA's Community Guidelines and Respectful Culture Policy.
