BUSL Finals Day Opt-Out Form

Please complete this form if you know that your team will be unable to attend our National Final should you qualify. This will allow us to invite other teams to ensure people don't miss out.

You will not be penalised for withdrawing from the final - however if you withdraw after accepting our invitation to attend you will be penalised. You must opt-out at the earliest opportunity.
