We value creativity, hand-made efforts and unique ideas. We will only accept artists who make their own wares and will choose vendors based on quality of work and ensuring a variety of offerings.
The important stuff: --Vendors will each have a 10’x10’ space. --There will be no half tables this year. If you want to share a table with another artist, you must submit pictures for both vendors. Payments will not be split.--Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table and chairs. A limited number of tents, tables and chairs are available for an additional $20 on a first-come basis. Tent/table/chair requests will be confirmed upon acceptance. --There is no guarantee of sales for participating artists. --Vendors may not take pre-orders at the festival. All products must be available for sale the day of the event.--All vendors are responsible for their own sales tax and business insurance. --All artists will have to sign a vendor agreement that will be sent out with your acceptance. --You will be invoiced for your table fee with your acceptance. If you do not make payment for the table fee by 6/30, your table will be forfeited. Table fees are non-refundable.--Vendors must be present for the full festival. We don’t have booth watchers for this event, so be sure to bring a friend to help you out when you need a break from all the fun. --You will be responsible to provide your own change.--The Fest runs from noon-9pm with drive-up/drop-off for set-up and breakdown from 10:30-11am and 9-10pm
The vendor fee is $60. Members of the Polish Hill Civic Association get a discounted rate of $50.
