Learn the basics of sourdough on April 27th, 2025 from 2pm-4pm at Sylvan Brewing in Lanesboro, MN.
Michelle Dunleavy co-owner of Dunleavy Lodge & Farm LLC will teach you the basics of maintaining your sourdough starter and all the stages to making sourdough bread. This class is both informational and hands-on. You will mix your own bread dough with the option to take it home to bake with instructions (Sylvan does not have an oven). In addition, you will leave the class with your very own jar of ready-to-use starter with an information packet AND a Dunleavy Lodge & Farm LLC loaf of fresh sourdough bread.
There will be an assortment of sourdough baked goods (cookies, focaccia, bread, etc) available to snack on during the class & beverages will be available for purchase.
