Rental Period: Starts on the 1st; ends on the 30th/31st. Mid-month rentals are pro-rated.
Rental Payment: Due at the end of the month.
Sales Collection: 3rd day of the 1st week of each month. For non-contra payment modes, if rent is not paid, sales will be put on hold.
No Fees/Commission: No registration fee, deposit, or commission required.
Inventory: Vendors must provide accurate item names and quantities. We are not responsible for missing items not listed in the Inventory Form.
Prohibited Items: No prohibited items allowed.
Cube Display Guidelines: Items must be arranged neatly. We reserve the right to reorganize or remove items if necessary.
Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for checking sales, replenishing stock, and removing unsold items by the end of the rental period.
Product Compliance: Approved by MOH with possible inspections and required certifications.
Food and Beverage Regulations: Ensure to include labelling and expiry checks.
