AC Elementary Schoolwide Title I Survey
Federal law requires school districts to consult with parents on the design and implementation of Title I programs.  The AC R-2 School District will soon begin developing its Schoolwide Title I program for the next school year.  We are asking that you help us by please filling out this survey.  Please keep in mind this school year has been unique due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We hope next year will allow us to have more in-person opportunities to join together.  Only 1 form per family is needed.
