We’re thrilled to invite you to nominate yourself or others for the Burning Man European Leadership Summit (ELS) in Nijmegen, Netherlands, 16–19 April 2026.
The ELS is a rare and cherished opportunity to gather in person with community builders from across the global Burning Man network. Regional Contacts, event organizers, artists, and cultural leaders come together to share stories, strengthen relationships, and explore collaborative leadership inspired by the 10 Principles. It’s a space for learning, celebration, creativity, and real connection.
Step Forward
We’re looking for participants who:
- Are engaged in meaningful community-building work
- Are eager to collaborate and exchange ideas
- Want to strengthen and uplift their local or regional community
This form helps us understand your work, what you hope to offer and receive, and how your participation might ripple outward. Optional: please include a reference from a fellow community builder or leader.
Registration & Cost
To support broad and diverse participation, registration includes two tiers:
Give a Gift – €920
This registration level helps subsidize opportunity for fellow community builders to attend.
Receive a Gift – €276
This is our standard registration level that is heavily subsidized by Burning Man Project.
All registration revenue directly supports the venue, hospitality, and operational costs of the summit.
Burning Man Project is invested in the success of this event and is deeply committed to the positive impact it can bring to the global network. Together with the community’s generosity and participation, the ELS strengthens and helps to advance the global, creative Burning Man culture.
