South Leeds Community Camp 2018
**APOLOGIES, but as of 22nd August, we think we're fully booked. If you want to join the waiting list, please fill out the form as you would normally - but we can't guarantee you a place. We'll keep you posted.**

Saturday 15th September (from 2pm), until Sunday 16th September (12pm)
Middleton Park, off Town Street, Leeds LS10 3PS

A FREE and much-loved annual event (running since 2014) for families and others to camp together in the iconic and astounding Middleton Park. An opportunity to have a laugh, learn stuff, enjoy nature, and meet new people from the local communities of south Leeds.
Featuring games, activities, crafts, walks, shared meals, and overnight camping in our enclosed/stewarded camping zone.
PRE-BOOKING is ESSENTIAL (with this online form, below) - under 18s need to be registered within the application of a responsible adult. Please note that numbers are limited.

Once you've registered, you'll receive full event info. But key notes are as follows: under 18s must be accompanied; no pets, alcohol, drugs, or fires (sorry!); we hope attendees will bring their own camping kit, but we can lend out a limited amount of tents and other kit; and if you want to HELP OUT, let us know.
Coordinated by Middleton Park FC (Wayne Dixon), Ed Carlisle, and other local volunteers. Thanks to Leeds City Council (Parks and Countryside) and Friends of Middleton Park for their support.

Under 18s in your care for the event
This is a family event, so under 18s are very very welcome - but we obviously need some guidelines...

- Parents or responsible adults will be wholly responsible for any under 18s, for the duration of the event.
- You'll need to be within eyesight and earshot of your youngsters at all times.

- 1 responsible adult can supervise 3 young people aged 11 years or older; or 2 children up to the age of 10. If your children or young people span the age categories, we'll be in touch to discuss.

- Adults are welcome to bring under 18 who they're not related to, but we will need their parents to complete consent forms beforehand.
Will you have any under 18s with you for the camp? How many? *
