On-campus departments, offices, and clubs will have the opportunity to host a booth in this area prior to the game free of charge and will be provided one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Space is limited, so please fill out the form below as soon as possible. We will send a confirmation email to each group that fills out a form to confirm that we still have space to accommodate them. This form will remain open until Thursday, January 10th at noon or when we have run out of space for additional booths. A map of the area will be provided to you by 5:00 pm on Friday, January 11th. Booth setup will begin at 5 pm and the event will begin at 6 pm. Tear down will begin at the start of the basketball game, 7 pm. All equipment must be torn down and removed from the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse that night. Those working booths can enter the Fieldhouse from the North side (closest to campus) and will receive free admission to the game. Those working booths are encouraged to stick around and attend the game after they finish tearing down their booth. Groups will not be responsible for tearing down or storing the tables and chairs they are provided.
