Early Maths in Reception:                                      Playful Precision for a Best Start in Life

Join us to explore how high-quality early maths gives children the best start in life, supporting inclusion, strong attendance and long-term attainment.

Led by headteacher and Camden maths adviser, Natalie Stevenson, the session will focus on how structured mathematical games, precise adult interactions and intentional planning build deep number sense and early calculation fluency. Participants will observe maths teaching in our Reception class and take part in professional discussion with colleagues.
