Swan Brewing Food Truck Agreement
Hello and thank you for your interest in bringing your food truck to Swan Brewing. Over the first year of operation we learned a lot about how food plays a critical role in creating the perfect atmosphere at the brewery. Below we have compiled a list of critical attributes that will create a more engaged and hungry audience. We thank you in advance for helping us make Swan Brewing Lakeland’s home for live music, great food and family entertainment! If you have served at Swan already, THANK YOU! All food trucks are expected to operate for the agreed upon time. *
If you leave beforehand, you will not be asked back. The only exception is management dismissal due to weather. If you feel you are running out of food, we suggest sending someone to the store well beforehand.
All Food Trucks must have an active business Facebook and Instagram account *
We create events for each food truck at Swan Brewing and we’ve found that food trucks with active, truck specific social media accounts make for a more engaging event post. Trucks with videos and photos of their food on their social media accounts perform even better!
Help us make your shift even more special by reposting, re-tweeting, or re-gramming any of the post we make about your truck. *
We aim to start promoting your truck approximately 3 weeks in advance. The earlier and more often we can engage your audience, the bigger the turn out. We recommend posting about your event at least twice during the week leading up to your shift and the morning of your shift just as a reminder.
One of the benefits of working at Swan Brewing is a free bar tab (for those 21+); all we ask is that you be respectful of our servers and please temper your consumption while working. *
We ask that you provide 1 meal per on-shift employee and per band member. *
Slower shifts will have fewer staff, busier shifts will have more. As a rule of thumb, there will not be more than 10 employees and band members. Please treat them as you would any other customer (don't send them to the back of the queue if you are busy).
Finally, please treat all guests with courtesy and respect. *
We hate to say this, but we get your bad Facebook and Google reviews, and we can't remove them. Also, it's just good business practice.
I acknowledge that all responses are as accurate as possible and that I wish to be contacted by Swan Brewing about possibly bringing my food truck to their venue in the future. *
