A MAZE. Village participation
The A MAZE. Village is an opportunity to present games and services during the 3,5 days A MAZE. / Berlin 2025 festival (May 14-17) which won’t be part of the official selection and competition of the A MAZE. Awards. Make appointments with the press, meet publishers and funding institutions and get value out of our easy-going way of creating a market place for arthouse games, VR and playful media productions in the field of visual and performing arts. The whole exhibition incl. the village is Wednesday to Friday from 6 p.m. open to the general public. And on Saturday May 17, 2025 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. will be our Public Play Day where we expect many more Berliner game enthusiasts and families. We are looking forward to your participation!

Indie stand (1 Game)

Institution stand (up to 4 Games)
€2,000.00 includes 4 festival tickets + 4 A MAZE. Bazaar tickets

Country stand (up to 4 Games)
€2,000.00 includes 4 festival tickets + 4 A MAZE. Bazaar tickets

School stand (up to 4 Games)
€1,500.00 includes 4 festival tickets + 4 A MAZE. Bazaar tickets

Lounge space (more space and special area)
€5,000.00 includes 4 festival tickets + 4 A MAZE. Bazaar tickets

This also incl. table, power, internet, promotion, video loop. Additional tickets available for discounted (25%) price.

All other equipment you need to provide yourself. And don't forget your posters, roll-ups (1 roll-up per stand), and swag!

A MAZE. doesn't provide screens but if you need we can rent them to you for an additional price:

Keyboard, mouse and headphones can be available for free.

Payments are via invoice, with additional 19% MWSt.

Please note that there is limited space so we won't be able to accommodate everyone.

The A MAZE. Village is located in the Betonhalle and is open on

  • Wednesday from 18:00 to 23:00
  • Thursday from 10:00 to 23:00
  • Friday from 10:00 to 23:00
  • Saturday from 12:00 to 21:00
