Parking Registration Form 2025-2026
Students parking in the Annandale High School parking lot MUST have a PURPLE vehicle tag hanging from their rearview mirror.   To obtain the PURPLE  tag:
1)  Complete this form for each vehicle
2)  Payment may be made online or in the main office with cash or check
3)  Parking passes will cost $50 per semester or $100 for the full year
4)  The Parking Registration Form must be completely filled out and payment made before parking pass will be        issued
5) Please see Wendy in the main office once form is filled out and payment has been made or you will be                 making your payment in the office to get your parking pass
NOTE:  Students will keep the same PURPLE tag for the duration of the 2025-2026 school year.  If the student gets a different vehicle they must complete this form again and then see Wendy in the main office so the tag/number can be transferred to the correct vehicle. If the tag gets lost the student must come to the office and purchase a replacement tag for $5.
