It's time to move more, sit less and feel better! This 4 week challenge is designed to encourage you to increase movement by incorporating more walking throughout your day. During this challenge, track the number of steps you walk on a daily basis. Let’s start moving!
Challenge will run October 1 - October 29, 2018
Participants who track at least 50,000 steps per week will be entered into a weekly drawing for a change to win a Fitbit Flex 2.
