Acceptable absences from rehearsals or events include: school related events, religious events, family events (such as weddings or funerals), or illness on the day of. In addition, the following reasons are NOT acceptable excuses: work, tardiness, vacation, non-school activities, study sessions or homework, and clubs/meetings. 
Students that are late or absent from rehearsal will make up their time accordingly at the discretion of the directors. Excessive or habitual tardiness or absences will be handled on a case by case basis with the student directors and RHS administration.
