AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF SERVICE
■ 1. I do accept Payment Plans as a option.
■ 2. Modeling your character does NOT give me right over your intellectual property.
I may however use to promote, unless requested otherwise.
■ 3. I will request a clear shot of your character that you wish to be created, I do not build by description.
■■ 3a. I will possible request payment if changes outside the agreed reference.
■■ 3b. I have the right to refuse a commission due to invalid or confusing images. The result can effect my overall time between other commissions.
■ 4. Upfront payment of 25% is requested to be added to the commission list.
■ 5. Refunds and cancel can be requested at anytime, payment of process is deducted from progress of stage.
Full refund is available if I cancel the work.
■ 6. I've the right to cancel work if I feel uncomfortable with the commissioner. This can involve un-needed spam, pushy behavior or extremely uncooperative atittude. (Please respect ALL you're artist, outside life happens)
■ ■ 6a.I'm NOT responsable for your financial chooises in commissioning me. You're making the chooise to go though with this transaction. As the commissioner I am purely only resonsable for delivering the product commissioned.
■ 7. I do not work by description or from multiple changing images.
■ 8. I ONLY do creation process in Blender. I can’t teach or give support for exported programs.
■■ 8a. You can download Blender FREE from Blender.org.
■ 9. I will NOT give out any files unless requested and permitted by the commissioner.
■ 10. I will not create models of EXACT recreations of copyrighted characters. This includes Pokemon, Digimon etc. I will however create models of characters based on pokemon etc, please inquire and I will respond accordingly.
■ 11. You MUST have a gallery either on Twitter, Furaffinty or Instagram.
■■ 11a. This is ensure the person say who they really are. I use this to protect my work and safety.
■ 12. I'm HIGHLY against NFT. Selling the model or your art is your chooice alone. If my render are sold without my consent. You will be blocked and banned from further commissions.
■ 18+ Only due to payments and services!
PRIVICY
■ You have the right to be hidden from previews from public.
REVISIONS
■ You are entitled to 2 MAJOR revisions during the commission, this includes massive changes to model that dirrectly effect the time. Such as a entire head change, legs and body shape change. You will be told before I do major changes.
■ I go by what is shown on the art. This is my MAIN focus of refernce, along with my style. No largr changes should be added during procress.
TIME
■ I work in UCT Time 00:00+ London.
■
You will have 7 days to deposit before your slot request is dropped.
■ Commissioner who do not reply within 1 month during the commission process with be notified and asked if to be refunded. If no contact can be reached, refund will be issued when contact is next available.
■ I can be very focused on my work, so replies can be slow.
REFUNDS
By accepting this commission, you're
committing
that you have chosen to have your model made by me, in my style. But incase of refunds, the refund amount is reduced by the progress proceeded commission.
■ Payment, Waiting to start - 100% Refund
■ Modeling - 75 - 50% Refund
■ Rigging - 50 - 25% Refund
■ Textureing 25 - 0% Refund
■ An additional FEE will be applyied if model is requested early unless.
(VRChat price is 100% refundable before the progress begins)
ADDITIONAL NOTES
■ I do not animate Second life or Garry Mod.
■ Anything OUTSIDE of agreement of commission or trade as a bonus or thank you will NOT be changed.
■ I'm do not do full tutor lessons on how to use programs such as Blender, Unity or Vseeface or 3D printing.
commissioning me you agree you understand what you are commissioning for as a mod/creation/upload and have knowlage of the program you're requesting. You're agreement is that I make the model.
