    NOTE: You will receive written confirmation and space assignment information no less than 30 days prior to the event if your application is approved.

    Vendors/Exhibitors are fully responsible for providing tents, tables and displays, set-up and tear-down. Each exhibit space is approximately 10’ x 10’.

    * Based on the MAP BELOW, please indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices by SPACE BOOTH NUMBER.

    NOTE: If you require more than one space, please indicate below. Booth assignments are based on availability and priority registration. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, however cannot guarantee your choices. All Booth Assignments are final, as assigned by Metchosin Day Committee.
