I, the undersigned, am aware that participation in skiing and snowboarding activities involves certain inherent risks. I understand and acknowledge that the use of ski machines, airbag jumps, dryski slopes, stairs and related facilities at MagicPow Indoor Ski & Snowboard Training Centre poses potential risks, including but not limited to:
Falling or colliding with equipment.
Injuries due to the training equipment & rental gears.
Injuries due to the nature of snow sports training at the centre.
The risk of accidents or injuries caused by my own actions or the actions of others.
I hereby assume all risks associated with my participation in skiing and snowboarding activities at MagicPow Indoor Ski & Snowboard Training Centre.
Release of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and equipment of MagicPow Indoor Ski & Snowboard Training Centre, I hereby release and discharge MagicPow Inc., its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, rights of action or rights to sue, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in skiing and snowboarding activities.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MagicPow Inc., its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any loss, liability, injury, damage, or cost, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may occur as a result of my participation in skiing and snowboarding activities at MagicPow Indoor Ski & Snowboard Training Centre.
Medical Authorization:
I authorize MagicPow Inc. and its staff to secure medical treatment in case of an emergency, and I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.
Agreement to Follow Rules:
I agree to follow all rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by MagicPow Inc. for the safe use of facilities and equipment.
1. Mandatory Dryski Trail:
It is mandatory for all participants, regardless of skill level, to take a trial run on the dryski (including both ski machines and airbag jumps) before engaging in any training activities.
2. Helmet & Glove Requirement:
Participants must wear a helmet and gloves at all times when using the ski machines and slopes, and knee and elbow pads are highly recommended.
3. Access Control:
Only instructors and registered participants have access to ski machines and the airbag platform. Accompanying individuals must remain in the designated waiting area unless granted permission by an instructor.
4. Stairs and Airbag Platform Etiquette:
Participants are prohibited from crowding, pushing, or engaging in any disruptive behavior on the stairs and the slope platform. Safety and order must be maintained at all times.
5. Instructor's Orders:
Participants are required to follow all instructions and orders given by the on-site instructors. This includes safety briefings, training guidance, and any other directives aimed at ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
6. No Sharp Objects:
Remove all sharp objects and metal items, such as jewelry, watches, phones, and keys, before using the airbag and ski machines.
7. Exclusive Teaching Rights:
External teaching for the airbag is not allowed within our facility.
8. No Outside Food and Drinks:
Please refrain from bringing outside food and drinks into the training centre.
9. Equipment Responsibility:
Participants will be held responsible for any intentional damage to equipment. Repair or replacement charges may apply.
10．Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant or individual who violates the facility code, exhibits unsafe behavior, or poses a threat to the safety and well-being of themselves or others.
Photographic Release:
I grant MagicPow Inc. the right to use photographs and/or videos taken of me during my participation in skiing and snowboarding activities for promotional and marketing purposes.
