This form is for children in kindergarten and older.
Thank you for choosing Greater Valley YMCA as your childcare provider; we are excited for your family to join us this year. To complete the registration process, please complete the following form.
After the form has been completed, your next step will be to complete our registration packet, as required by licensing. The Director will send you a copy of the registration packet once this form is complete.
The Billing Registrar will then be in touch about your payment method. Your child will not be able to start without a completed registration packet, payment method on file, and your first payments made.
