• After submission, our team will confirm the creation of your Affiliate/Promo Code and link via the provided email within 24-48 hours.

• You may promote the Zoul App to your friends using your Affiliate/Promo Code. If a friend uses your code to subscribe via our website or app, they will receive a special discount, and you will earn a 50% referral fee for each 1-year subscription or you can let your friends to subscribe using your affiliate link, which will achieve the same result.

Your code can be used via two channels:

If your friend is also interested in promoting Zoul, you may share this form for them to complete, allowing them to create their own Affiliate/Promo Code & link .

• If your friend successfully refers another person, they will earn 50%, and you will earn 3% on this referral layer.

 Referral percentages are calculated after all expenses are deducted like ; App store/Play store fee, Credit card fee, Transfer fee etc.

• Payout periods

For Website Subscriptions:   

 - Transactions from the 1st - 15th are paid on the 20th of the month.  

  - Transactions from the 16th - 31st are paid on the 5th of the following month.

For App Store/Play Store Subscriptions:    

- Transactions from the 1st -31st are paid between the 15th and 20th of the following month

Terms of Use

Program Participation Participants must comply with all terms specified in this program.

Rights and Restrictions 

Participants may share Affiliate/Promo codes to earn commissions, provided that all methods used to attract new participants comply with legal and ethical standards.

Commission and Payment Commissions will be calculated per program terms, with the company reserving the right to verify all information before processing payments according to the set schedule.

Program Termination and Account Closure The company reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement if program terms are violated. Participants may also withdraw from the program at any time by notifying Customer Support.

Personal Data Protection Policy (PDPA)

Data Collection and Use Personal information, such as name, address, and email, will be collected for processing commissions, payments, and communicating important program information. Personal data will be stored securely and deleted once no longer necessary.

Disclosure of Information Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or by order of relevant authorities.

Data Subject Rights Participants have the right to access, amend, and delete their personal information and may withdraw consent by contacting Customer Support. Upon withdrawal of consent, the company will cease data collection and terminate program participation.
