There's always two sides to a story. Whenever a fellow Grabber is warned or suspended, it could be due to the negative feedback we receive from passengers. However, that is only one side of the story. We have yet to hear yours.
As such, we want to give you the opportunity to share your feedback about the rides you've had so that we can hear you out and make a more fair and sound decision moving forward.
