Conditions:
a) The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) will, within 1 working day of application, inform the applicant of the allocated berthing lot and amount payable via GIRO, with the contact details provided in this form.
b) The SFA is not responsible for any damage / loss resulting from berthing at Jurong Fishery Port.
c) Applicant is to ensure the accuracy of the email address provided below, as it will serve as the primary means of contact and notification from SFA.
