Bayard Rustin Democracy Fellowship Program: Mentorship Interest Form
The Democracy Initiative seeks mentors and mentees for the inaugural year of the Bayard Rustin Democracy Fellowship Program. The fellowship program aims to support leaders of color to influence the democracy field for the long-term. . These staffers are innovators, rooted in culture, who develop and expand ways of thinking that challenge and expand the ability to organize targeted, marginalized, and oppressed communities to grow power.
