Complete the following form to apply for a free smart thermostat through the UCAIR Smart Thermostat Program.

Smart thermostats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and supplies are limited. 

You may request professional installation through Lowe’s, if selected to receive a smart thermostat. Installation costs up to $99 will be covered. Please note:

• Your home must be compatible with the smart thermostat model offered. Compatibility specifications can be found by following this link: Ecobee Enhanced Black Smart Compatible Thermostat with Wi-Fi Compatibility. 
• It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your HVAC system.
