We offer the ability to preorder items before their release date.

You only pay for the item when it arrives.

We do everything we can to maintain our best pricing on all our products. However, occasionally some items will be marked at market price. In this situation, any preorders made more than 14 days before the release date will be guaranteed our normal pricing. Any preorders made within 14 days of the release date will be subject to market pricing.

Allocations may occur on some high demand products. Allocations are not within our control. Should this happen your preorder may be limited or unable to be fulfilled.

We will call all preorders on release day to inform you that your preorder is available and how long we will hold the product for you to pick up. All preorders are required to be picked up in store. No shipping options are available

If you enter multiple preorders, the most recent request will be the one we try to honor.

ID may be required at time of pick up.

If you fail to pick up your preorder, your name may be placed on the bottom of the next product's preorder list, which may negatively affect your ability to get future product.
