Did you know that most people who are successful, who live a peaceful life and have a clear mind are people who meditate on a regular basis? Meaningful Meditation will be done once a month and is absolutely free for anyone who signs up!  Each session is about 30 minutes! You must be in a space that is quiet. Further information regarding meaningful meditation will be emailed to you once you fill out this form.  The only way you will have access to the dates and times of each meditation session is if you sign up below. When you sign up below an email regarding meaningful meditation will be emailed to you before each session starts, that email will include the actual date and time it will take place along with an online link to have access to the session.
