For charcuterie: Typical cheese selections are listed below. All boxes are curated to provide the best flavor mix based on local availability. Soft cheeses: brie, goat cheese. Hard cheese: gouda, asiago, aged cheddar, Manchego. Are there any of these you do NOT want in your box?
