Camp Nerdly 16 Registration Form
Camp Nerdly 16 will take place June 5, 2026 to June 7, 2026 at Cabin Camp 3 (Orenda).

Note that Camp 3 sleeps a max of 75 people.  Last year we had 50-55 people attend, so we've included room for growth.  But registration may close early if we approach capacity.

You will be able to make edits to this application until May 15, when registration closes.

All of our policies and waivers are included on this registration form. This helps us cut down on both time AND paper! Therefore, this form is a bit longer than previous forms, but it ALSO means that your check-in at camp will be quick and hassle-free.

The sections on this form will be as follows:

Each attendee at Camp Nerdly will be responsible for at least one chore throughout the weekend. This helps to foster a community environment where everyone pitches in and helps each other out. Plus, it keeps event costs low, keeps the campground safe and clean, and helps ensure that we are invited back to the campgrounds again next year!

Please make sure you will be available at the time your chore is listed for (i.e., if you're arriving late on Friday evening then don't sign up to make dinner; or if you're leaving early on Sunday morning don't sign up for a later cleanup chore.)
