MWCM: Living With Love and Intuition - Friday, February 26th
Join us on Friday, February 26th starting at 8:00am EST on Zoom for a virtual Modern Wellness Community Morning featuring Sloane Elizabeth. Sloane is a coach, author, and blogger specializing in helping women release diet culture, rules, and restrictions.
Together in a safe and empowering space we will learn ways to cultivate self love and a deeper connection within. Sloane will open up the morning with a guided meditation before diving into some of her favorite ways to fully embody a life worth loving so that you can step into the radiant and confident beings you were born to be.
Self love isn’t just about the self care “to do” list. It’s about your beliefs, thoughts, and feelings about yourself and your potential. While we will be discussing implementable steps, Sloane will be focusing on the internal, intangible type of love that we’re all searching for.
All attendees will receive a breakfast recipe crafted specifically for each of you by Britt and Sloane!
We will wrap up with a Q&A and free space to get to know one another, further developing a community with other outstanding beings. All are encouraged to attend with their favorite morning beverage, breakfast, and cozy space for ultimate inspiration!
If you register and are not able to attend we will send out a recording after the morning.
