Procedure
This Application Form must be submitted online as the first step in applying for a scholarship. Please submit this form as soon as possible so we can confirm test dates with you. No further applications will be accepted once all available scholarships have been offered for the next Academic Year.
After notification of eligibility, you must take a scholarship test covering English and Math as well as other cognitive skills. This will be held at the SIS Medan campus in Medan. The test will take about 3.5 hours.
At the time of the exam or at a later time, you will also be asked to complete a short essay in English from a list of topic choices. After the exam and essay have been assessed there will be an interview with one of the school leaders, who will also look at your past school reports or achievements. It is possible to do this all on the same visit but you should allow several hours for the full process.
NOTE: You may not take our scholarship test before we have assessed your eligibility to apply based on this application form. Please fill in this form now - there is no obligation from just submitting the form. You can change your mind later about attending for the test, but we evaluate applications in the order received.
