All vendor fees for Lead By Example Powwow 2026 are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the event is cancelled or a refund is approved by the event organizers.

Vendor spaces are assigned by the Organizer and may not be shared or reassigned without approval.

Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, permits, and health regulations.

Vendors agree to conduct themselves respectfully and honor the cultural integrity of the Powwow. The sale of counterfeit, inappropriate, or culturally disrespectful items is prohibited.

Verbal abuse, harassment, or disrespect toward event staff, volunteers, organizers, participants, or attendees will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Vendors are responsible for their own property, equipment, and insurance. The Organizer is not liable for theft, loss, damage, or injury.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny applications or remove any Vendor who violates these terms, without refund.

Completing this application form does not guarantee vendor acceptance. If your application is approved, you will be contacted by the organizers with confirmation and next steps.
