Curbside Pickup Request Form
Requests can be made by phone at 845.359.0136, email at curbside@palisadesfreelibrary.org, through the catalog or by completing the form below. We will respond by telephone or email to arrange a pickup time. Everything is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Patrons can borrow up to 20 library items at a time (usual circulation limits for specific item types apply).  Please fill out one form per library card user. Place your request for specific items, or library staff can make selection(s) on your behalf for children, teens, and adults.
