Your function. Input the function as a short string. Valid functions are: "sin(x)/x", "x^2+3*x+pi+e". Invalid functions are: "2x-3sin x", "y^2=x". You can try and validate your function string on recmaths.ch/wurzle/create.

Please make sure that your functions is defined at either -1, 0 or 1 and that it definitely has a guessable root. Try to not make very complicated functions. Keep them simple and guessable. It's okay if it's an easy linear function with a fun root from time to time.
