Questions? Please email us at phoenixseedswap@gmail.com or thedesertsmellslikeveggies@gmail.com.

Phoenix Seed Swap will review applications and determine vendor acceptance. Depending on vendor interest, duplication in potential products, and space restrictions not all applications may be accepted. We will email with details about payment of vendor fees which will be used to support the host, The Giving Garden, and advertising.

Vendors are responsible for processing their own payments (cash, card &/or Venmo suggested). Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, & shade. Larger tents must be weighted. See below for space options. Vendors are responsible for all necessary licenses and permits for their products. Vendors must have their space set up with at least one person physically present for the duration of the event.

Details of loading in and out of the event will be provided with acceptance.  All vendors will be located within a parking lot area on pavement. Please note there is an indoor restroom aviable across the parking lot.  Loading zone access is available at the start and end of the event.  Some vendor locations will be available immediately adjacent to the parking spot (see below).

Vendors must be offering items or services directly for use in outdoor or indoor gardens and urban homesteads. Examples include plants, trees, fertilizer, compost, worm castings, garden art, seeds, tools, planters, books or educational materials, etc. It is also possible to request vendor space and not have a physical product to offer at the event but rather services for gardeners. Examples include garden consultations, arborists, landscape design, custom raised beds, etc. Send an email if you are not sure if your business fits what we are looking for for the Spring Garden Fair.

Priority application deadline is December 15th.  After that date other vendors will be accepted on a case by case basis as to not overlap with committed vendors.

We are specifically looking for ways to diversity confirmed vendor offerings. Native plants, fruit trees, consultants, non-profits, garden arts and crafts, indoor plants, live music performer.  We are not looking for additional vegetable, herb, and flower vendors at this time.
