Mormon Slough Design Visioning Meeting #2 RSVP Form
The Mormon Slough Restoration Association invites you to join us for an interactive community meeting where you can share your ideas, concerns, and priorities for restoring and revitalizing the slough.

Restore the Delta has been collaborating with Tribal governments, local non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and San Joaquin Area Flood Agency (SJAFCA) on the Mormon Slough Restoration Project for the past two years. We are currently commissioning a restoration site inventory, economic cost-benefit analysis, and conceptual designs for two priority restoration sites along Mormon Slough. Our goals are to restore the slough as an economic asset to attract businesses and residents, and enhance quality of life for South and East Stockton community members.

The Mormon Slough Restoration Association (MSRA) is partnering with residents to restore the Mormon Slough, transforming the waterway into a source of pride, opportunity, and community connection.  

This is a 100% community-driven project – your voice matters at every step.

  • Improved community health
  • Safer, more resilient neighborhood
