Please note that we are nearing capacity in terms of volunteers for this event. It may be difficult for us to pair volunteers with their desired groups and shift preferences given the limited number of open spots that remain. Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Venice Family Clinic's Art Walk & Auctions! The time and hard work that you contribute to this event will help Venice Family Clinic raise $800,000 in funds and provide quality, affordable health care to people in need.

It takes over 400 volunteers to make this event possible, helping with pre-event preparations in the weeks leading up to the Art Walk as well as during the event.

Volunteer Roles and Preferences
Phone Banking and Pre-Event Assistance Availability
Beginning in April and through June, volunteers are needed during normal business hours (shifts being 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm) to assist with a variety of pre-event tasks such as donor phone calls, checking in art pieces, and wrapping art. Please indicate if you are available to commit to a regular weekly shift or even just a few days before the event to help fill this need!

If you plan to volunteer on Sunday (the main event) please denote your preferred shift time. PLEASE NOTE: Specific timing will be finalized and assigned closer to the event date. No matter what time you sign up for, there should be plenty of opportunities for you to check out the event before or after your shift.
Some volunteer roles require more pre-event training that others.
While we prefer that as many volunteers attend our pre-event trainings as possible, we understand that not all volunteers will be available to do so. Please check the box below if you anticipate not being able to attend a pre-event training.
