2019 PTAC Campership Application
APPLICATION DEADLINE: APRIL 1, 2019

This application is for Pathway To Adventure Council Camp attendance only. This includes Cub Day Camp, Cub Scout and Webelos Resident Camp, Cub Scout Family Camp, Boy Scout Summer Camps Napowan and Owasippe, and Venturer/Explorer Camp at Owasippe.

This campership application is for youth members only. Only one application per Scout will be considered.

To be eligible for a campership, youth applicants MUST:
-Be currently registered within the Pathway to Adventure Council and in good standing for at least 30 days prior to completing an application.
-Attend a Pathway to Adventure Council operated Summer Camp (Day Camp, Cub Scout Resident Camp, Webelos Resident Camp, Cub Scout Family Camp, Boy Scout Resident Camp, or Venturing/Exploring Resident Camp)
-Be recommended by his/her unit leader (committee chair, Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, or Advisor) and parent/guardian.

A Scout is Thrifty: A Scout works to pay his own way and help others. Camperships and scholarships do not exceed 50% of the fee.

Award timeline: Camperships are reviewed after the April 1, 2019 deadline. The parent and troop leader will be notified of the campership award no later than May 1, 2019. If approved, the campership amount will be applied to the event when registration of the individual is confirmed. Funds will be credited to the appropriate unit camp balance. It is critical that correct parent and unit leader email addresses are given on this application, as this is the primary method of notification, or for any questions from the committee. Camperships are awarded to a specific individual and are not transferable to other youth.

Camperships are awarded based on need. The allocation process, and information used in it, is confidential and will not be shared outside of the campership allocations committees.
