To all Middle School and High School Students:

          Academic Society is a student-run organization dedicated to serving the Hampshire Regional community and the greater surrounding area. We hold fundraisers for local and national charities, organize the school blood drive for the Red Cross, and offer free tutoring services to elementary, middle, and high school students in the district. We are founded on intellectual curiosity, academic integrity, and compassion for others, and we are committed to making a positive difference in our community.

          This year, we are implementing a new tutoring platform. This system will allow us to accommodate academic and scheduling needs on an individual basis. Using this Google Form, you can request tutoring in a specific subject. We will do our best to pair you with an Academic Society member based on the subject you need help with. They will contact you via your HRHS school email, so please check your inbox regularly after submitting a request. You can then speak with them to discuss what you are struggling with and set up a time to meet.

          We can not guarantee that every student will receive a tutor, but we will do our best. Please be as specific as possible when entering the subject that you would like help with (i.e. "Algebra II Honors" is more helpful than "Math"). While we ask for your in-school availability, you can also speak with your designated tutor about meeting after school hours. Finally, this year we are offering peer-editing, and we encourage you to request help for essays that you are working on. We are also available for SAT and ACT prep, as well as other standardized tests.
