Note that space is limited and applications are reviewed and approved based on the date they were submitted. Once an application is approved, the registration fee must be paid in order to reserve your seat.

* Please note that due to limited seating available, program hosts and organizers are given priority. Assistants,  event coordinators, spouses, and other team members must pay the full registration and will only be considered eligible if they have experience to contribute to the group AND if there is space available.
