Every year, the IU1 Student Forum is pleased to recognize senior Scholar Leaders that exemplify the spirit of Student Forum through their academics, leadership skills, and extra-curricular activities.  The Scholar Leaders are recognized at the annual banquet. Scholar Leaders must be members of the Student Forum, in 12th grade, and have attended at least 2 of the first 4 meetings.

Each Student Forum Advisor is asked to nominate up to 2 Scholar Leaders. Each nominee must complete the Scholar Leader application.  Applications must be completed using the form below, and no other supporting documentation will be accepted.

All applications must be received by March 4, 2025.  No late applications will be accepted.
