Out Loud Summer Choir Registration
Calling all Queer Folk and Allies*! Join us for a six-week summer singing project, with the end goal of singing as part of Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church's Pride Service on August 23rd. If you do not want to sing in the worship service, we would be glad to have you sing with us in rehearsal anyway! We will be learning some queer-affirming hymns as well as some contemporary pop arrangements.

2026 has brought some incredible challenges to so many of us for so many reasons, and it is now more important than ever to stand together in community and celebrate one another.  Together, we will sing out loud, and sing out proud.

Rehearsals will be at Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church (728 W Fremont Ave, Sunnyvale) on Thursdays from 7pm-9pm on July 16, July 23, July 30, August 6, August 13, and August 20. The final two rehearsals on August 13 & August 20 are mandatory to attend if you want to perform in the service on Sunday, August 23rd. I am very flexible with rehearsal conflicts if you're able to let me know in advance and I will be very communicative to make sure everyone feels supported going into the service. 

This group is free to participate in, all sheet music will be provided for you, and there will be isolated vocal part tracks for each song to aid in your practice and learning. No previous singing experience required, even if you don't know how to read sheet music.
