We are located on MIT's campus at 400 Memorial Drive. It is a short commute to both Kendall and Boston.

There will be one all female floor.

Rooms are available in a 3 month package from Sunday, June 1st to Friday, August 22nd. All prices reflect the full summer 3-month package. Shorter durations of stay (looking for discounted rent) will only be considered if there is an applicant with complementary dates to fill the empty room.

We also require a meal plan that would cost roughly $770 per person that includes chef-made dinners every weeknight. Being enrolled in our meal plan is a requirement of being a tenant.
