REGISTRATION | Navigating the Indo-Pacific: The EU Perspective
The European Union’s increased engagement in the Indo-Pacific aims at maintaining a free and open Indo-Pacific for all while building strong and lasting partnerships. With this webinar, the EU Delegation aims to provide an opportunity for the EU Special Envoy to explain and clarify the EU Strategy for cooperation in the Indo-Pacific including its components, challenges and issues among the stakeholders.

On 23 November 2021, from 3.00 PM to 4.30 PM, a public webinar titled, "NAVIGATING THE INDO-PACIFIC: THE EU PERSPECTIVE" will be conducted by the EU Delegation to the Philippines in partnership with the European Studies Programme of the Ateneo de Manila University.

The webinar aims to achieve the following:

▪ To generate a better appreciation for the EU Strategy for cooperation in the Indo-Pacific among interlocutors from the Philippines: government, academicians, think-tanks, business sector and NGO partners;
▪ To provide a platform for EU Delegation’s interlocutors to give their feedback about the strategy; and
▪ To strengthen people-to-people engagement with policy-makers and decision-makers from government, academe, business sector and NGO partners.  

The webinar will feature Mr. Gabriele Visentin, EU Special Envoy for the EU Strategy for Cooperation in the Indo-Pacific and will be moderated by Professor Manuel Enverga III of the Ateneo de Manila University.

The webinar will primarily be held using Zoom. The link to the Zoom webinar will be shown upon completion of this registration. A reminder will also be sent to your email a day before the event proper.
