W12Together are one of 150 areas in England to be given £1m of lottery funding to spend over 10 years on resident-led projects. We are a Partnership board of local residents who have put together a Community Plan.

We want to ensure this Plan reflects the needs and wants of our community. Please take 5 minutes to fill out this survey to give feedback on some of the issues and opportunities affecting you and your community.
