Events that are submitted to this should be open to all undergraduates to attend, but can range from study breaks to informational sessions to speaker events to formal evening affairs.
Events do not necessarily have to be free, but any additional costs should be specified.
Submitted events will need to be from ASA-approved groups. (If you think your event is an exception to this rule, feel free to mention that in the Additional Comments section).
The form to add events to the newsletter for following weeks will be linked in every weekly email.
Events will be advertised up to 2 weeks (2 newsletters) beforehand.
Events must be added before 6 PM on the previous Saturday to be included in that week's newsletter.
