Festival Vendors & Community Fair : Muskoka Pride Festival 2019
Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Muskoka Pride Festival. For organizations who would like to have an information booth, or vendors who would like to sell products, at our community fair - we ask that you complete the short survey below.

Muskoka Pride will have spaces for vendors and community organizations available at two events:
- Friday, July 19th - the Pride Festival Launch Party in River Mill Park, Huntsville 3:00 - 6:00 (approx. 300-500 people)
- Sunday, July 28th - the annual Pride Picnic in Memorial Park, Bracebridge 12:00 - 4:00 (approx. 800-1000 people)

All Community Organization booths are free.

Vendor booths have the following costs:
July 19 Launch Party (Huntsville) vendor booth: $20
July 28 Pride Picnic (Bracebridge) vendor booth: $40

Food Vendors - such as Food Trucks (either location): $100 (vendors are responsible for their own food permits)

Please include all contact information, so that we can communicate with you.

Please be aware that pegs or stakes are not allowed in either the Huntsville or Bracebridge park locations. Tents will need to be secured with weights (sandbags, buckets of water, weights, etc).

Vendor spaces are not confirmed until we receive payment in full (either by cheque or e-transfer). We will contact you to confirm your participation.

Festival Statement of Conduct and Safer Space
Muskoka Pride expects all Vendors, Community Booths, and Participants to abide by the Festival Statement of Conduct and Safer Space, which can be viewed at this link: http://www.muskokapride.com/festival-statement-of-conduct.html
