Application & Payment:
• Upon application, the applicant shall be required to pay the registration fee of RM50.00 per applicant.
• Full payment of any Course fee shall be made before the commencement of the first lesson of each course.
• Payment may be made in cash, bank transfer or QR payment to Hydrofins Swimming Academy.

Missed Lesson:
• There will be no monetary refund for missed lessons.
• If participants wish to cancel a particular class due to own commitments, it must be done 48 hours prior to the scheduled class, otherwise no replacement class will be given.
• If the coordinator is not informed of cancellation 48 hours prior to the class, participants not showing up will be deemed absent and no make-up class will be given.

Student Card:
• Each applicant will be issued a Student Card upon full payment of the Registration fee and Course fee.
• Attendance will be recorded in the Student Card. Kindly present the Student Card for attendance record before the start of each lesson.
• Should the Student Card be lost or damaged, the applicant will be charged RM10.00 for replacement of the same.

Termination:
• Any termination of the Course made after commencement of the first lesson, shall not be entitled to any refund.

Public Holidays:
• No lesson will be conducted on a public holiday which applies to the State of Selangor. Should any lesson fall on such public holiday, it will be brought forward to the following week.

General:
• Please arrive at the premises at least 15 minutes before the start of the scheduled lesson. No lesson will be extended for late arrivals.
• Hydrofins Swimming Academy, reserves the right to reschedule the lessons and shall give reasonable notice on any changes.
• In the event that the swimming pool shall be closed due to unavoidable circumstances, the cancelled lesson will be replaced at the next appropriate date.
• Hydrofins Swimming Academy, Its officers, employees, servants or agents, shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damages, claims, cost or expenses or whatsoever, which may be sustained by the applicant and/or any person brought by the applicant at the premises in consequence of the lesson or otherwise.
