Tryout Candidate Registration Form.  Tryouts will be held Monday, April 15th - 19th. Monday-Wednesday are Clinics and Friday is the audition-style tryout.  Please complete the form below if you are interested in joining the Bartlett Dance Team!

To obtain the Tryout Documents, please go to https://sites.google.com/site/bartletthighschooldanceteam/.  Please print, read through them and complete to bring with you to the first clinic.
