2024 Taste of Westmont Craft Show Application
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Taste of Westmont Craft Show. This event is coordinated by the Westmont Special Events Corporation, a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit organization committed to community events. To be considered for this event, please fill out this form completely and click SUBMIT so that your submission is received. Your space will be confirmed once your application is processed and approved and payment is received. All crafters must provide their own 10 x 10 tent/display area. All crafters must provide photos of all items/products to be sold at the Taste of Westmont.

I understand and agree that to be considered a CRAFTER at the Taste of Westmont, items being sold must be HANDMADE, preferably by the person selling the item. I understand and agree that if the items sold are machine-made, I need to sign up for a COMMERCIAL BOOTH.

Hold Harmless Agreement *
I, the undersigned PARTICIPANT, hereby RELEASE, DISCHARGE, and WAIVE any claims, actions, or suit of any character, name, and description that I/WE may have against the WESTMONT SPECIAL EVENTS CORPORATION and the VILLAGE OF WESTMONT, or it officers, agents, or employees as a result of any injuries and death received or sustained by the PARTICIPANT (S), as a result of any work done at the Taste of Westmont and/or other events. I also agree to follow Westmont Special Events Corporation's rules and guidelines. PARTICIPANT guarantees that all items for sale are handmade by the PARTICIPANT and understands that any items not represented on this application may require removal or withdrawal of Participant from the Craft Show without refund.
